After a succesful seed funding and the development of a market-ready technical solution, GOLDILOCK moved to the next phase towards A-Round Funding. As a fundamental base of success it was necesarry to redefine GOLDILOCK's Got-To-Market Strategy, including the most appropriate sales channels and pricing structure and model.

Building a local sales force and identifying first channel partners, a channel program was developed and first strategic channel partners were acquired and on-boarded.
